Absolvement Tier List Hub
Alpha rankings for Races, Sins, and Skills—with beginner safety notes.
Tier lists in Absolvement exist to answer a permadeath question: what can I pick without donating three lives to the tutorial? This hub collects Race, Sin, and Skill rankings for the Roblox alpha / early access build by Amorian Skies. Rankings are directional, not sacred—patches move numbers—so pair every list with live tooltips and Alpha Patch Notes.
How to read these tiers
- S / A — strong default picks for most goals
- B — situational or requires Tree investment
- C / avoid-early — workable later, punishing now
- Trap — looks interesting, ruins beginner life economy
Always cross-check with the decision tools: Sin Advisor and Race Advisor. Lists tell you the meta shape; advisors ask about your habits.
Pages in this hub
| Page | Use it when… |
|---|---|
| Races Tier List | Choosing creation Race; avoiding Harmonite / Calvar early; evaluating Nespin |
| Sins Tier List | Picking a burden; Theft starters; rejecting Pseudoprophecy |
| Skills Tier List | Spending shards; building hotbars for Builds |
Beginner hard rules (all lists)
- Absolvement is alpha / early access, not a finished full launch.
- Avoid Harmonite and Calvar until combat literacy exists.
- Prefer Theft-friendly Sins early; never start on Pseudoprophecy.
- Unlock Nespin via Ancient Ritual when farming is stable—see How to Unlock Nespin.
- Soul Tree depth changes tier value—read Soul Tree.
- Parties of up to five can carry a weaker pick; solo cannot—see Party & Co-op.
Link these systems together
A top-tier Skill on a cruel Sin still fails. Start with Getting Started, learn Combat & Parry, then return here before remaking slots. Boss goals may shift Skill priority (Bosses); farm goals may shift Race priority (Dungeon Farming).
What tiers are not
They are not excuses to ignore telegraphs. They are not code substitutes—there is still no redemption (Codes Hub). They are not permission to run ban-risk scripts for “tier practice” (Scripts Hub).
After every major patch
- Skim this hub’s child pages for moved rankings.
- Retest one favorite and one trap pick in a short dungeon.
- Update your Affix comfort based on real deaths, not nostalgia.
When you are done ranking, jump back to the Guides Hub to execute the plan, or the Players Hub to align controls with your party.
Workflow example
Imagine you wipe twice to crowded rooms. Open Races and ask whether Harmonite or Calvar (or a similarly punishing pick) is in play—if yes, remake. Then open Sins and confirm you are not on Pseudoprophecy. Only after those two filters should you optimize Skills for the next farm goal. That order prevents “perfect hotbar, doomed character” syndrome and keeps Soul Fragment income steady for the Soul Tree.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common Absolvement questions.
Which Absolvement tier list should I open first?
Sins first if you are creating a character, then Races, then Skills once shards start dropping.
Are tier lists final for launch?
No. Absolvement is alpha / early access; expect reshuffles after patches.
Do advisors replace tier lists?
They complement each other. Lists show community strength; advisors force personal fit questions.
Should beginners copy S-tier everything?
Copy the safety rules first—avoid early traps—then borrow S-tier picks you can actually pilot.
